Grozavesti

It is located on the banks of the Dâmboviţa river next to the Politehnica University of Bucharest (it is one of the two metro stations servicing the university), the Regie and Grozăveşti student campuses, the CET Grozăveşti thermal power station and the Carrefour Orhideea shopping centre

The building of the Palace is located in the center of Bucharest (in 5), the place which today is called Hill Arsenalului, falling Spring Street to the west and northwest, the United Nations Boulevard to the north, east of Freedom Boulevard and Route 13 September south.
